EMA - Charming is a delightful villa located in Colombier, with an amazing view over the ocean to the neighbouring islands and sunsets most of the year.
Built on two levels, the villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a pool. The main level has 2 bedrooms sharing a bath and 1 bedroom with a private bathroom. The master bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom and private balcony, is located on the upper level.
The villa's living room is located at the entrance between the main level bedrooms. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with beautiful views over the sea. There are 2 dining areas, both seating 10 people: one inside by the kitchen and one on the terrace by the pool.
The large, very private terrace has both shady and sunny areas and is furnished with a large u-shaped sofa where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The medium-sized pool has shallow steps. This is the ideal villa for family with children, very safe, well equipped, and comfortable.

The caretaker, who is also the manager and owner of the villa, lives below. He has his own independent and separate entrance.
