GOU - Gouvinia is a deluxe property on 7.5 acres of land with beautiful views overlooking Gouverneur Beach, the ocean, Nevis and St. Kitts on a clear day. The house is very private and all on one level with the exception of the heated pool, which is located on the hill below the house, a few stone steps away. There are two equal master suites with large double vanities in the bathroom and a small, pleasant third bedroom located in the back. The master bedrooms are on either side of the villa, offering total privacy. The kitchen is gourmet and the property has all the amenities for a perfect vacation. Gouverneur Beach is a quick 2 minute drive down the hill.
GOU - Gouvinia has a caretaker who lives in a separate house on the property.
